Meet Paul. He is a brewmaster at Karl Strauss. I bet a heck of a lot of folks think Paul just drinks beer all day. Well, that’s not really true, as there is much more that goes into brew making than just the “tasting” part. His favorite beer: Wreck Alley Imperial Stout.
